How it works
Rapid Antigen Day 2 Test once you order has been recieved you will receive a confirmation email containing your locator form number.
When you receive your Rapid Lateral Flow test you will need to undertake the test following the instructions provided. You will then need to register your results with us by CLICKING HERE.
Once you have submitted your results you will receive a negative/positive result certificate within 6 hours providing the result of your test is negative.
Exchanges & Refunds
Given the nature of our tests provided and how fast we dispatch orders in most cases, we do not provide exchanges or refunds. Please be sure you are purchasing the relevant test to your travel requirements.
Please be advised that our Rapid Antigen Day 2 Test Kits are available for UK Postcodes delivery only.
Orders placed before 11pm will be shipped the same day, orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day.
Randox Health have a strict Safeguarding Policy for Children and Vulnerable Adults for whom consent to test must be provided by a chaperone if consent cannot be obtained directly. We may choose not to proceed with a collection if there is uncertainty regarding consent in some cases.
If you have tested positive within 10 days prior to your appointment or are visually symptomatic you may not enter the premises, to protect Randox staff and other clients. In these instances a refund for the appointment may be provided, an at home test kit or rescheduled appointment.
Expected delivery 4-6 working days once order confirmation is sent. If you have chosen click and collect, kits can be picked up immediately.
Samples will be sent to an authorised testing laboratory and disposed of once testing has been completed.
