How It Works

 

Step 1 – Order your Covid-19 Recovery Certificate in your chosen timeframe (Express or Standard). Certificates are issued during our working hours Monday to Sunday 9am – 5pm

Step 2 – Once your order has been completed you will receive an email receipt with a link to a recovery certificate application form, simply complete this form with the relevant information including; Proof of a recent positive Covid-19 test certificate, preferably in a PDF format, and your passport number. This should take around 5 minutes.

Step 3 – After you have submitted the form your application is reviewed and will be verified by our medical team and if successful your recovery certificate will be issued by our medical director.

Step 4 – If your application is successful your certificate will be emailed to you as a PDF within your chosen timeframe. Travel to the many countries that accept Covid-19 recovery certificates without the need for additional testing.

 

What is a Covid-19 Recovery Certificate?

 

Many countries now accept certificates confirming recent recovery from Covid-19 as sufficient evidence to enter the country. The recovery certificate replaces the need for a negative Covid-19 test (for example, an antigen or PCR test).

You can apply for a Covid-19 Recovery Certificate if you have tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 6 months, but not in the last 14 days.

‍Please check your destination’s specific entry requirements before travel. Some destinations only accept recovery certificates for people who have tested positive for Covid-19 within specific timeframes.
