Additional Information
Day 2 and Day 8 COVID-19 Test once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email containing your locator form number. When you receive your order you must undertake, register your test (with Randox) and return your test to the laboratory following the included instructions in your kit.
Day 2 & 8 Tests will be sent out together as one package.
Exchanges & Refunds
Given the nature of our tests provided and how fast we dispatch orders in most cases, we do not provide exchanges or refunds. Please be sure you are purchasing the relevant test to your travel requirements.
Delivery
Please be advised that our Day 2 and Day 8 COVID-19 Test Kits are available for UK Postcodes delivery only.
Orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day, orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
All kits come with a returns label for returning your kit to the Randox Laboratory for testing.
Following receipt of your sample, we will make every reasonable endeavour to provide your test results within a reasonable timeframe following our laboratory receiving your sample. Delivery dates for test results are approximate and Randox will not be held liable for any delay in delivery, particularly in light of global shortages in raw materials and the unprecedented level of demand for our services in the current challenging circumstance.
Samples will be sent to an authorised testing laboratory and disposed of once testing has been completed.
Please order your travel test kits as early as possible. Once your swab sample has been taken, it must arrive at our lab within 70 hours.
