In Clinic FAQ

Yes. You must register your kit online to receive your results.

If you are attending a in person booking at one of our clinics we will go through this process with you while you attend the booking.

You will be directed to our partners website Randox Health who will handle the registration of your kit.

Your locator number can be found in your email confirmation and in the invoice attached in each order confirmation (See images below).

This is the 7 digit number you will need to input in your locator form application. 

We recommend you arrive 5-10 mins before you appointment. 

We have a 30 min time slot for each appointment, however it usually will be completed sooner

We aim to send the results of your tests with in 24-36 hours, depending on which test you have taken. Fit To Fly express tests can be between 2-5 hours and Antigen Tests up to 1 hour results.

You will receive a email from our testing partners Randox.

You will need to bring the email confirmation of your booking and a valid ID.

You can book up to 30 days in advance.

At the moment we only offer an appointment to 1 person per a time slot.
